1. Processing Time

5. Damages
5.1 Damaged Goods: Reads Netgraph Co. Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
5.2 Claim Process: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 Conditions for Returns: For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
2. Return Process
2.1 Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@readsnetgraph.comwith your order number and reasons for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
2.2 Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Sale Items
5.1 Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Requests: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@readsnetgraph.com.
7. Gifts
7.1 Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
7.2 Gift Purchaser Returns: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
8. Return Shipping Address
8.1 Shipping Liability: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
